A Compassionate Approach
I offer a nonjudgmental space where clients can be seen and accepted, are able to view their struggles more compassionately, and feel safe to grow and make necessary changes to let go of unhealthy survival strategies that are keeping them from fully thriving. I offer a compassionate approach using traditional talk therapy while incorporating mindfulness practices.
I am passionate about helping people work through loss, trauma, unhealthy relationships, abuse, discrimination, pain from growing up in the families they were born into, and current life stressors.
